Most of you have probably heard it before, you have to build a list to have a successful Online Business! So, why is this so important? I’ll tell you why, because to have a huge list is like having traffic on demand! It’s much harder to get people randomly searching for a keyword to click a link and enter your site or blog, than having people on your list that you know are interested in the topics that they signed up for. This means that you have targeted traffic to your niches in your list. There are several ways that you can use your list. One obvious is using an auto responder like AWeber to generate e-mail offers to the people on your list a few times a month. Don’t do it every day since you’ll lose quite a lot of the people on your list this way. They will unsubscribe or mark the mails as spam. You should treat the people on your list well. Write to them and give them individual offers from time to time. That way they feel that they know you and begin to trust you and your advice. This is a very good way to build a good business relationship online. Give your repeating customers extra bonuses (could be PLR products or some products that you get really cheap or have made yourself). Having people on your list is only second best to having them buy a product from you right away. Lots of people don’t like to jump on an offer straight away, but when they have got e-mail from you and got answerers on their questions, quite a lot of them choose to buy from you. If they are satisfied with your product they are more likely to buy from you the next time you send them an offer as well.

Selling products online can be one of the most profitable ways of internet marketing. That said it does require more preparation, time and effort than being an affiliate, just promoting other peoples products. First of all you must to have a product to sell, and if you don’t have one you should make one. There are some PLR products out there that you can sell, but they are usually no good. The best is to promote your own product or a physical product. If you are thinking about promoting a physical product I would recommend eBay you can use ClickBank for this as well, but eBay is much better suited for physical products. Actually thousands of people around the world have eBay as their sole marketplace and have their entire business there. If you don’t have access to physical products that you can sell on eBay I’ll recommend that you use ClickBank. You could sell an e-book that covers a theme that you are interested in. If you go to ClickBank and look at the niches I’m sure you can think of something that you can make. Maybe you know how to produce a simple piece of software, or anything about animals, love life, business or whatever you are interested in. Take a look at the different categories at CB and I’m sure you can think of something. So when you are through with your brain storming period which is very important and perhaps have taken a look at some other products in the niche you have chosen. Then it’s time to put your idea into life and make a product ready for sale. This is what this module will help you accomplish.

In this fifth module we are going to cover some of the basics in Affiliate marketing. Our main focus will be on ClickBank products, but we will also mention other ways to earn money as an Affiliate for instance Amazon and Ebay. For a more in depth descriptions of these two please take a look at the module that covers these types of marketing. Affiliates marketing for physical products are a bit different from most of the ClickBank products; this is why it’s better to divide it into two modules. However I do recommend that you make a couple of Affiliate sites promoting CB products before you start on Amazon and Ebay. It is useful to have this experience with other types of products like e-books and software as well. The module will also briefly mention Cash Per Action (CPA) which you should try out when you have tried Affiliate marketing.

ON PAGE Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Wait a couple of days and see how well the site is ranking.
If you need more link juice try one or a few OFF PAGE SEO tactics that are mentioned in Module 4. Don’t overdo it, you will only get sandboxed which is not good. A new site rarely receives 10 000 new backlinks in one day and then nothing the next day. Remember Google is not stupid.
Recommended action (build a couple of more posts during the next week or so use “A sticky post orderER” plugin and place them on post 3 and out. Keep the two best posts at the top (important for conversion).

Needless to say, as an online marketer, you are sure to face more than your fair share of tough competition. This is why it’s so important to know who you are competing against and their strengths and weaknesses. It’s also important to know when the competition in a specific market is too tough and demands too much effort. Then you don’t need to spend a lot of time trying to make it in this specific niche. It is much better to spend your time efficiently and target other keywords that are less competitive. To do this we need some tools. Doing this evaluation 100% manually just takes too much time and effort. We can get an idea just by typing in our keyword in Google and see how many hits we get. I do prefer Camtasia, however I do understand that the pricetag might be a bit high if you just got started as an online marketer. In my opinion Brsoft Screen Recorder is the second best. You should go for the $ 89.95 version (about one third of the Camtasia Price). If you do so you don’t need to buy Camtasia later. Brsoft will most likely cover all the screen capturing needs you will ever have as an online marketer. Free Screen Recorder Software I find to have too many limitations, and I won’t recommend using them unless you have no other option.

In case you need to convert a file into another format I highly recommend Any Video Converter. This Free Software makes it really easy!
